Bromley Works
Bromley Works helps Bromley residents find work and supports local businesses to recruit locally. It is a new council service that connects people to funded employment programmes and real job opportunities in the borough.
Right now, Bromley Works offers specific funded programmes for certain groups of residents. Over time, the aim is to grow the service so more people can be supported, as funding becomes available.
Connect to Work
Connect to Work is a free employment programme run by Bromley Works.
It offers one-to-one support for Bromley residents who want to get into work but may need extra help. This could include support if you have been out of work for a while, have a health condition or disability, or face other challenges.
The programme also helps local employers by matching them with Bromley residents who are looking for work and supporting fair and inclusive recruitment.
